I Know What It’s Like to Have the Experience—But Struggle to Find the Right Words

I’ve spent more than 20 years in healthcare, growing from an LPN to an RN and eventually into nursing leadership. Along the way, I’ve interviewed candidates, built teams, and seen firsthand how difficult it can be for experienced people to explain what they bring to the table. That’s why I created What Not to Say in an Interview—to help you recognize the value of your experience and find the words to communicate it with confidence.

Why I Created Say Your Worth

I’ve seen talented, experienced people walk into interviews and struggle to explain just how much they have to offer. They know how to do the job—but putting years of experience into the right words can be difficult. Say Your Worth was created to help change that. You shouldn’t have to memorize someone else’s answers. You need to recognize your own value, find the words to express it, and walk into the interview prepared to say what you’re worth.

What You’ll Learn to Do Differently

"A strong interview isn’t about memorizing the perfect answer. It’s about understanding the value of your own experience and learning how to put that value into words."
